Vanguard Hospitality (Morrie’s Steakhouse, Grille 26 and Minervas), presents the exclusive “Taste of Midwest Farms and Ranches” dinner for eight guests. Hosted in Morrie’s private dining room, this unforgettable experience is curated by Chef Joshua Jackson, Director of Culinary. The evening will feature a multi-course dining journey, beginning with a tableside Caesar salad prepared in the style of the original recipe from 1924. Following a light appetizer, the culinary team will highlight premium cuts of beef from various cattle breeds raised on South Dakota ranches. The next six courses will showcase a selection of South Dakota lamb, Berkshire pork, bison, rabbit and wild game, all inspired by traditional French, Italian, and Spanish cuisine. Seasonal vegetables and produce will be incorporated, depending on availability. Each course will be expertly paired with rare, world-class wines, creating a rich and educational three-hour dining experience. Valued at $4,000, this event requires 30 days’ advance notice for a customized menu, with some blackout dates applicable.
